Stockholm Airports
Please note - There are 3 airports to which you can fly when visiting the Stockholm area.
Arlanda - This is the closest airport to Stockholm city centre. The journey from Arlanda to Stockholm takes 40 minutes. Skavsta - Situated 55 miles (100km) south of Stockholm, approximately 1hr and 20 mins journey from the city centre. Vasteras - Situated 65 miles (120km) to the west of Stockholm, approximately 1hr and 35 minutes journey from the city centre A selection of country houses and hotels with accessible facilities are situated near Vasteras and Skavsta airports, which are surrounded by the beautiful Swedish countryside. It is always possible therefore to break up your arrival or departure journey by stopping off for a night or even a few days in the country before or after your stay in the city.
