how to book

In order to best satisfy your needs and requirements when booking a holiday, we ask for as much information about any existing mobility constraints that you or your fellow travelers may have.  Once you have selected the destinations and experiences you are interested in please complete the following steps,

Complete the request form with information on your choices, departure dates, durations and your mobility constraints.  Alternatively, you can contact us using the details below where we will be happy to provide you with information and details or arrange a time when we can contact you to discuss your enquiries or options further

On receiving your request form, email or telephone call we will research and collect information on a selection of possible holiday solutions and check for availability of selected dates and durations.  We will then arrange a time to contact you at your convenience in order to provide you with information on your holiday choices, availability and possible alternatives and to provide you with a cost estimates.

Complete and return the Booking Form and deposit 

Once you have decided on the holiday of your choice we will email you a booking form and copy of our terms and Conditions which you must return to us with your deposit.  Bookings made within two months of the departure date will be obliged to pay the total holiday cost at the time of booking.  As soon as we receive your booking form and payment we will make the final reservations and email your confirmation and invoice within the proceeding ten days.

Arrange payment

Full payment of your holiday cost must be received by Accessible Sweden no later than eight weeks before your departure date.  Failure to do this could result in us cancelling your holiday arrangements.  

Payment canbe arranged through either
a) Personal Cheque (to be sent to head office)
b) Bank transfer (Accessible Sweden LTD | Account number 60031801 | Sort Code 20-47-61)
c) Debit or Credit card.  For maximum security all Debit and Credit Card payments will be made through Paypal (you will not be required to reveal your card details to us and you do NOT need to have a Paypal account).   Once you have received your holiday invoice and you have confirmed that you would like to pay by card please click on the payments buttom below.  Due to the cost of processing card transactions, a 3.4% charge applies to all card payments.
