While in Sweden why not take the opportunity to visit the neighbours!  This tour gives you the opportunity to explore the 2 main Swedish cities of Gothenburg and Stockholm before continuing over to Norway and the majestic capital city of Oslo.  Complete the tour by either train or car depending on your personal preference.  Our team at Accessible Sweden will organise all your accessible travel arrangements including accessible seating on train journeys, ticket collection and accessible accommodation as well as accessible airport transfers if necessary.

Days 1,2 & 3 – ARRIVAL IN STOCKHOLM

Your journey begins in the stunning Swedish capital of Stockholm.  After arriving at Stockholm Arlanda Airport you will be met by your driver and transferred directly to your chosen hotel.  

Over the next three days you can choose between the abundance of activities available including Archipelago boat trips, a visit to the royal palace, moose watching at Skansen or thrill seeking at the Grona Lund amusement park.  During the evenings you can take a stroll around a city park or the atmospheric streets of the old town, enjoy an opera performance or show or simply take it easy with a class of wine or delicious coffee watching the sun set over the bridges and islands.

Days 4 & 5 - GOTHENBURG


Enjoy the picturesque journey from Stockholm to Gothenburg either by train or car as you travel to the stunning Swedish West Coast.  After arriving at the hotel of your choice the rest of the afternoon and following day is yours to enjoy Gothenburg.   For those looking for fun and entertainment make sure to visit Liseberg and the Universeum while those seeking a more relaxed should enjoy the parks and sightseeing opportunities available from the town centre.  While in Gothenburg we definitely recommend trying the local seafood which is well know for its quality and presentation.

Days 6 & 7 - OSLO


After a leisurely breakfast it’s time to hop on the train or into the car and begin your cross country journey to Norway’s capital city.  Oslo is a charming destination to explore and offers plenty to do and see.  A visit to the fabulous Oslo opera house with its stunning views over the city is highly recommended as is a visit to the city harbour which nestles on the tip of the majestic Oslo fjord.  For the art lovers out there the Vigeland Sculpture park is a must see in addition to the famous Munch museum.  For those of you looking to simply enjoy the atmosphere and culture of the city there are an abundance of stylish bars, leafy parks and select restaurants in which you can enjoy the traditional local cuisine.

Day 8 - DEPARTURE


After you final morning in Norway you will be collected by your transfer and taken to Oslo airport for you flight back home.
